TRIO PURCHASES CLASS “A” COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AND MOVES CONNECTICUT HEADQUARTERS

GLASTONBURY, CT – Trio Properties, LLC announces the purchase of 624 Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury, CT.  Built in 1986, 624 Hebron Avenue features over 12,000 square feet of class A, single level office space with 45 dedicated parking spaces within a 7.9 acre office park just ¼ mile from Route 2. Trio is excited to expand its Connecticut headquarters and looking forward to working closely with two existing tenants: Mission Control, a direct mail firm, and Usherwood Office Technology, a leading regional provider of IT solutions and support services. Trio will relocate its corporate offices into the new building the first week in December.
