GLASTONBURY, CT – Trio is excited to announce the addition of Tellus Green to the current portfolio of managed assets. Tellus Green is the first of a multi-phased project to break ground this past winter located at 713 Bloomfield Ave in Bloomfield, CT. Phase I consists of 42 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with fantastic modern features.

With just a five-minute drive and a few miles, Interstates 91 and 84 can be easily accessed providing convenient traveling both north to Massachusetts and south to the Connecticut shoreline or New York. Pre-leasing, which started in May, is well underway with 30% of the units leased for summer move-ins already.
