We are delighted to announce that we have two new apartment communities that have joined the Trio family – Station House Apartments in Old Greenwich, CT, and Blueway Commons Apartments in Haddam, CT. Station House Apartments is a luxury property featuring 34 high-end apartment homes and is scheduled to open this summer. Blueway Commons Apartments offers 56 new apartment homes in the beautiful town of Haddam. There are 56 delivered apartments, with another phase of about 30 apartments to come.
We look forward to continuing to serve all our residents and investors with excellence including these new relationships. We plan to continue expanding our portfolio even further throughout the Northeast.
