Mr. Browning, Co-Founder and a Managing Principal of Trio, is responsible for corporate management, strategic planning, and client relationships. He provides investment guidance and capital planning. He successfully participated in the acquisition, development, construction, and repositioning of over 1.5 Billion in real estate assets. Mr. Browning is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA), in MA, CT and RI.
