It’s been an exciting period of growth at Trio! Since early Summer 2025, we have welcomed several new communities to our management portfolio, expanding our presence throughout Connecticut and bringing the Trio experience to even more residents.
From brand-new lease-ups to established residential communities, recent additions include Acme Timber Lofts, Overland Crossing, The Grand portfolio, The Shelton Grove, and The Milford Grove.
Acme Timber Lofts | New Haven, CT
Beginning preleasing in early Summer 2025, Acme Timber Lofts brought a unique new residential offering to the heart of downtown New Haven.
The boutique, 18-unit community stands out for its innovative mass timber construction, bringing a distinctive architectural element to the New Haven rental market. Overland Crossing | Brookfield, CT
Trio continued its growth in Summer 2025 with Overland Crossing, a brand-new, 108-unit apartment community in Brookfield, CT.
Centered around the theme Living at Its Peak, Overland Crossing offers modern apartment living in a location that embraces the outdoor lifestyle of the surrounding area. With close proximity to Candlewood Lake, residents can enjoy easy access to one of Connecticut’s most popular destinations for boating, fishing, recreation, and waterfront activities.
The Grand | Granby, East Granby & Bloomfield, CT
In January 2026, Trio welcomed The Grand portfolio, a collection of four communities totaling more than 400 rental homes across Granby, East Granby, and Bloomfield.
The portfolio includes The Grand Luxury Apartments, featuring 130 apartment homes; The Grand Luxury Homes, with 75 rental homes; The Grand Ryefield, offering 90 townhomes; and The Grand Meadows, with 116 townhomes and single-family rental homes.
Together, these communities offer a diverse range of living options, from traditional luxury apartments to spacious townhomes and single-family residences, allowing residents to enjoy the flexibility of renting with the space, privacy, and comforts of home.
The Shelton Grove & The Milford Grove | Shelton & Milford, CT
Trio continued its expansion in early Spring 2026 with the addition of two communities in New Haven and Fairfield Counties: The Shelton Grove and The Milford Grove.
The Shelton Grove is an established 96-unit apartment community in Shelton, while The Milford Grove is a brand-new, 148-unit community preparing to welcome its first residents as leasing begins this fall.
Together, the two communities further expand Trio’s presence along Connecticut’s southern corridor while offering residents modern apartment living in two highly desirable locations.
From Brookfield to Greater Hartford and down to the shoreline, each of these additions represents another exciting chapter in Trio’s continued growth.
