Mr. Ferony is a Managing Principal at Trio and directs the operation of the property management division. He oversees and implements Trio’s proven program of success for all properties from Class “A” new developments to repositioning strategies of existing assets. Mr. Ferony’s insight for managing real estate investments is guided by his experience. Mr. Ferony is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), with over 25 years of active experience.

  • Experienced in all phases of the real estate investment life-cycle including programming, due diligence, market analysis and market positioning
  • Successfully assembled property management teams that consistently outperform their competition and has participated in numerous re-positioning plans and new development projects and lease-ups
  • An established leader that understands the operational aspects of real estate management and investment — able to identify and employ the teams and resources required for success
  • He is a past president of the Connecticut Apartment Association, where he served two years and currently serves on its Board of Directors
  • Tax Credit Specialist (LIHTC) from the National Center of Housing Management
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Connecticut and a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management
  • Holds a business degree from Marist College
